
Part community development project, part think tank, and part party, the Great Idea! Exchange brought together arts organizations from the North Side of Minneapolis to come up with the next big idea for the neighborhood. The lead organizers from Juxtaposition Arts and the UMN College of Design hired me to design a modular branding scheme to apply to publicity materials, stickers, magnets, CD’s, signage and decor.

Christina Rimstad, Brandon Cotton & I created this proposed identity for the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. In the process of reimagining signage, merchandise and publicity materials for the museum, we drew from the legacy of ROSTA Windows—1920’s Russian stenciled propaganda posters hung in street windows to communicate political messages to the masses.
